Newton Faulkner è un cantautore britannico nato a Surrey nel 1983. Noto per il suo stile musicale folk-rock e per l'utilizzo innovativo della chitarra, che include colpi ritmici al corpo dello strumento con le mani, ha raggiunto la popolarità internazionale con il suo album di debutto "Handmade Tales" del 2007. L'album ha venduto oltre un milione di copie in tutto il mondo e ha generato successi come "Dream Catch Me", "Teardrop" e "I Need You Now".
