Dead To Fall è stata una band metalcore originaria dei sobborghi di Chicago, che in seguito ha ampliato la sua presenza da Chicago a Minneapolis. Formatasi nel 1999, il gruppo ha attinto influenze dal metal gothenburg svedese, dal death metal e da altri generi, ma è stata generalmente classificata come band metalcore. I loro primi due album hanno raggiunto vendite combinate di 60.000 copie negli Stati Uniti solo (secondo i materiali pubblicitari rilasciati attraverso Victory Records).
