Suicidal Tendencies est un groupe américain de heavy metal formé à Venice, Californie, en 1982. Le seul membre constant du groupe est le chanteur et principal auteur des paroles Mike Muir. Leur musique, caractérisée par un rythme effréné et des influences punk, thrash metal et hardcore, a contribué à définir le style crossover thrash. Parmi leurs chansons les plus représentatives figurent "Institutionalized", "Possessed to Skate" et "Cyco Miko". L'album de début éponyme de 1983 est considéré comme un classique du genre.
