Nico Santos, all'anagrafe Nicolas Wellenbrink, è un cantante e cantautore tedesco di origini tedesche. Nato a 1990 a Düsseldorf, ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale nel 2014 pubblicando il suo primo singolo "Home". Il brano ha riscosso un grande successo in Germania, raggiungendo la posizione numero uno nella classifica ufficiale. Santos è noto per il suo stile musicale pop con influenze latine e R and B. Tra i suoi brani più famosi ci sono anche "Safe", "Hasta Luego" e "Live It Up". Nel 2018 ha vinto un Echo, il premio musicale tedesco equivalente ai Grammy Awards, nella categoria "Miglior artista pop nazionale". Santos è considerato uno degli artisti tedeschi di maggior successo degli ultimi anni.
