Black Oak Arkansas était un groupe de Southern Rock à succès dans les années 1970. Leur chanson la plus célèbre, "Jim Dandy (to the Rescue)", mettait en vedette la sensationnelle Miss Ruby Starr. Le groupe a connu un grand succès lors des tournées grâce à ses performances énergiques et à l'image iconique de Jim Dandy. L'énergie live du groupe était souvent amplifiée lorsque Ruby Starr les accompagnait, tant sur scène que dans de nombreuses apparitions télévisées. Black Oak Arkansas a également été le tremplin pour le batteur Tommy Aldridge, qui a ensuite connu la gloire avec des artistes comme Ozzy Osbourne et Whitesnake. À la fin des années 1970, Black Oak s'est éteint après plusieurs changements de formation et musicaux. Jim Dandy avait également subi une crise cardiaque en 1980.
La chanteuse de renom Rihanna et le rappeur A$AP Rocky ont récemment fait la une des journaux du monde entier en dévoilant le nom de leur deuxième enfant.

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
