Lou Reed (Lewis Allan Reed; 2 mars 1942 – 27 octobre 2013) était un auteur-compositeur-interprète, guitariste et poète américain. Considéré comme l'un des pionniers du rock expérimental et de la musique punk, Reed a atteint la renommée internationale en tant que leader du Velvet Underground dans les années 1960. Après la dissolution du groupe, il a lancé une carrière solo très réussie, explorant des thèmes controversés tels que l'héroïne, la sexualité et la marginalisation sociale. Parmi ses albums les plus importants figurent "Transformer" (1972), "Berlin" (1973) et "Street Hassle" (1978). J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
