FM Static è un duo di musica pop punk cristiano con sede a Toronto, attualmente sotto contratto con Tooth and Nail Records. Il gruppo è stato originariamente concepito come progetto parallelo da Trevor McNevan, frontman dei Thousand Foot Krutch, e dal batterista Steve Augustine. La formazione originale includeva John Bunner alla chitarra e Justin Smith al basso. Sebbene non abbiano raggiunto la stessa popolarità dei Thousand Foot Krutch, FM Static ha comunque guadagnato un seguito di fan grazie al loro sound energico e alle liriche spirituali. Alcuni dei brani più rappresentativi del gruppo includono "The Way", "I'm Not Afraid" e "Hold On".
