Galneryus è una band giapponese di power metal e neoclassical metal originaria di Osaka. Fondata nel 2001, il gruppo si è rapidamente affermato come uno dei principali esponenti del genere in Giappone, grazie a un sound potente e melodico caratterizzato da virtuosismi chitarristici e vocalizzi operistici. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "The Sacred Oath", "Rhapsody of Fire" e "Beyond the End". Il loro album di debutto omonimo del 2001 ha segnato l'inizio di una carriera ricca di successi, consolidati da collaborazioni con artisti come Yuuya Matsushita (ex-DragonForce) e altri musicisti di spicco nel panorama metal giapponese.
