They Might Be Giants sont un duo de pop/rock alternatif formé en 1982 par John Linnell et John Flansburgh. Originaire de Lincoln, Massachusetts, les deux se sont rencontrés au lycée avant de prendre des chemins différents après l'obtention de leur diplôme. Ils ont retrouvé leur chemin à New York, où ils ont formé le groupe. They Might Be Giants sont connus pour leur style musical caractérisé par des paroles ironiques et des mélodies accrocheuses, souvent avec des influences expérimentales. Leur plus grand succès a été "Birdhouse in Your Soul", une chanson qui a atteint le top 10 des classements américains en 1992. Parmi leurs albums les plus importants figurent "Flood" (1990), "Here Come the ABCs" (2009) et "Why Does the Sun Shine?" (2015).
