Jack White, pseudonimo di John Anthony Gillis, è un cantautore, polistrumentista, produttore discografico e attore statunitense nato a Detroit nel 1975. Noto per il suo stile musicale che fonde rock alternativo, blues, country e garage rock, ha raggiunto fama internazionale come frontman del gruppo The White Stripes, con la quale ha pubblicato sei album tra il 2001 e il 2011. Dopo lo scioglimento della band, White ha intrapreso una carriera solista di successo, pubblicando tre album in studio: "Blunderbuss" (2012), "Lazaretto" (2014) e "Boarding House Reach" (2018). Oltre alla sua attività musicale, White è anche un imprenditore nel settore discografico, fondando il suo etichetta indipendente Third Man Records.
