Herman's Hermits sont un groupe de rock anglais formé à Manchester en 1963 sous le nom de Herman and The Hermits. Le groupe, dirigé par le manager et producteur Mickie Most, a adopté une image propre et non menaçante, malgré son orientation initiale vers le R and B. Cette approche a contribué au succès énorme de Herman's Hermits au milieu des années 1960, mais a limité leur créativité, reléguant les chansons originales de Noone, Hopwood, Leckenby et Green en face B et en morceaux d'album. Le groupe a atteint son apogée avec des succès comme "I'm Henry the Eighth, I Am", "Mrs. Brown, You've Got a Lovely Daughter" et "Can't You See". Herman's Hermits ont continué à enregistrer et à se produire jusqu'aux années 1970, conservant une base de fans dévouée.
