Rae Sremmurd è un duo musicale statunitense formato dai fratelli Khalif "Swae Lee" Brown e Aaquil "Slim Jxmmi" Brown, originari di Tupelo, Mississippi. Il loro stile musicale si colloca principalmente nel genere hip hop, caratterizzato da ritmi orecchiabili e testi spesso ironici e giocosi. Il duo ha raggiunto la fama internazionale con singoli come "No Flex Zone", "No Type" e soprattutto "Black Beatles", in collaborazione con Gucci Mane, che è diventata un fenomeno virale grazie alla sua associazione con la Mannequin Challenge. Il nome Rae Sremmurd deriva dal nome dell'etichetta discografica Ear Drummers, pronunciato al contrario. Tra i loro album più importanti ricordiamo "SremmLife" (2015) e "SremmLife 2" (2016).

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
