Stryper est un groupe américain de heavy metal formé à Orange County, en Californie, en 1982. Considérés comme des pionniers du genre christian metal, ils ont connu un grand succès dans les années 1980 et 1990 avec des albums comme "To Hell With The Devil" (1986) et "Soldiers Under Command" (1988). Leur son est caractérisé par des riffs lourds, des mélodies accrocheuses et des paroles inspirées par la foi chrétienne. Le groupe a traversé des périodes de pause et de reformation, conservant une base de fans fidèle au fil des ans. Parmi leurs chansons les plus représentatives figurent "To Hell With The Devil", "Honestly" et "Fallen Angel".
