Apostasy est un groupe suédois de black metal formé en 2000. Actif jusqu'en 2013, le groupe a sorti trois albums studio : "The Unholy Trinity" (2004), "A Shadow of the Past" (2006) et "In the Name of God" (2009). Apostasy est connu pour son son brut et agressif, influencé par le black metal classique des années 90. Le groupe a collaboré avec d'autres artistes du genre, comme Dark Funeral et Marduk.
