We the Kings sont un groupe de rock pop américain originaire de Bradenton, en Floride. Actifs depuis 2007, le groupe est actuellement signé chez S-Curve Records. Leur album éponyme a atteint la 151e place du Billboard 200 en 2007. En 2009, ils ont sorti leur deuxième album studio, *Smile Kid*. Outre plusieurs tournées nationales et internationales, We the Kings ont également produit une série web intitulée *The King's Carriage*, qui documente la vie dans leur bus de tournée. Le leader Travis Clark a exprimé l'idée de sortir un album acoustique comme prochain projet. Le nom du groupe est dérivé du nom de l'école secondaire fréquentée par les membres, King Middle School. Parmi leurs chansons les plus populaires figurent *Check Yes Juliet* et *Skyway Avenue*.
