Il gruppo è composto da: Brendan Canning (voce, chitarra), Jake Goldbas (chitarra), Matt Kelly (basso) e Zachary Gray (batteria). Halifax ha pubblicato diversi album di successo, tra cui "A Writer's Reference" (2004), "The Morning After" (2006) e "In the Wild" (2013).
