Emery è una rock band americana formatasi a Rock Hill, South Carolina, nel 2001. Attualmente basata a Seattle, Washington, il gruppo è noto per il suo sound emotivo e post-hardcore, caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili e testi introspettivi. La formazione originale comprendeva Toby Morrell (voce), Devin Shelton (chitarra), Matt Carter (basso), Josh Head (batteria) e Joel Green (tastiere). J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
