At Vance è una band tedesca di power metal e neoclassico metal, formatasi nel 1998 da Oliver Hartmann (ex-Centers), voce, e Olaf Lenk (ex-Velvet Viper), chitarrista. Il gruppo ha raggiunto un discreto successo negli anni 2000 con album come "The Second Coming" (2001) e "Beyond the Horizon" (2003). Il loro sound è caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili, riff heavy e virtuosismi chitarristici. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "The Second Coming", "Heart of a Lion" e "Angel of Light". At Vance ha collaborato con artisti come Kai Hansen (Gamma Ray) e Michael Kiske (Helloween).

Il sont 7, ils ont presque tous la vingtaine, ils aiment le post-rock et aussi expérimenter différents sons. Plus qu'un groupe, Black Country est une communauté.
J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
