Nazareth est un groupe de rock écossais formé à Dunfermline en 1969, issu des cendres du groupe semi-professionnel The Shadettes. Le groupe, composé de Dan McCafferty (chant), Manny Charlton (guitare), Pete Agnew (basse) et Darrell Sweet (batterie), a connu le succès après s'être installé à Londres et avoir signé un contrat d'enregistrement avec Pegasus Records. Leur premier album éponyme est sorti en 1971, suivi de *Exercises* en 1972. C'est leur troisième album, *Razamanaz*, paru au début de 1973, qui a donné naissance à leurs premiers singles classés, « Broken Down Angel » et « Bad Bad Boy », les deux ayant atteint le Top Ten britannique. Nazareth a continué à sortir de la musique réussie tout au long des années 1970 et 1980, avec des albums comme *Loud 'n' Proud* (1973) et *Hair of the Dog* (1975). Leur style musical est caractérisé par un mélange de hard rock, de blues et d'influences progressives. Parmi les chansons les plus célèbres du groupe figurent « Love Hurts », « This Flight Tonight » et « The Party Don't Start 'Til I Walk In ».

Il sont 7, ils ont presque tous la vingtaine, ils aiment le post-rock et aussi expérimenter différents sons. Plus qu'un groupe, Black Country est une communauté.
J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
