Escape the Fate est un groupe américain de post-hardcore originaire de Las Vegas, Nevada. Formé à Pahrump en 2004, le groupe a gagné en popularité avec son album de début *Dying Is Your Latest Fashion*, sorti en 2006. Leur deuxième album, *This War Is Ours*, est sorti en 2008 et a consolidé leur succès. Parmi les morceaux les plus représentatifs, on peut citer "The Aftermath", "Not Good Enough For Truth In Cliché" et "Beautiful Disaster".
