Nitin Sawhney è un musicista, produttore discografico e compositore britannico di origini indiane, nato a Londra nel 1965. Considerato uno dei pionieri della musica elettronica fusion, Sawhney fonde elementi tradizionali dell'India con sonorità jazz, ambient e world music. La sua musica è caratterizzata da un approccio sperimentale e innovativo, esplorando nuove tecnologie musicali e strumenti inusuali. Nel corso della sua carriera, Sawhney ha collaborato con artisti di fama internazionale come Björk, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan e Massive Attack.
