Joe est un batteur japonais connu pour avoir été membre du groupe de rock « hide with Spread Beaver ». Sa carrière musicale s'est principalement concentrée sur la collaboration avec l'artiste Hideto Matsumoto, mieux connu sous le nom de hide. Joe a contribué à définir le son de « hide with Spread Beaver », caractérisé par des sonorités hard rock et metal influencées par le glam rock japonais des années 90.
