Cellador est un groupe de power metal originaire d'Omaha, Nebraska, formé par le guitariste Chris Petersen en 2004. Après une rotation de quelques essais de membres au début du groupe, Chris a finalement trouvé la formation en 2004 qui a révolutionné la musique vers la forme « True Metal » que nous connaissons aujourd'hui. Le groupe a finalement signé avec Metal Blade Records après avoir joué un concert avec The Black Dahlia Murder.
