Mario Biondi è un cantautore e musicista italiano nato a Catania nel 1971. Esponente del soul moderno, si distingue per la sua voce potente e versatile, capace di spaziare dal blues al jazz. La sua carriera musicale inizia negli anni '90 con l'esperienza in band locali, per poi affermarsi come solista a partire dal 2006 con l'album d'esordio "Handful of Soul". L'album ottiene un grande successo internazionale, consacrandolo come uno dei principali artisti del soul contemporaneo. Tra i suoi brani più noti figurano "This is What You Are", "I Love You More" e "Shine On Me". Biondi ha collaborato con numerosi artisti internazionali, tra cui Gregory Porter e Incognito.
