Eli Young Band est un groupe de musique country américain formé en 2000 à Arlington, au Texas. Composé de Mike Eli (chant), James Young (guitare), Chris Thompson (basse) et Jon Jones (batterie), le groupe a connu le succès national dans les années 2010 avec des chansons comme "Crazy Girl", "Even If It Breaks Your Heart" et "Love Ain't Always Beautiful".
