Gretta Louise Ray, connue simplement sous le nom de Gretta Ray, est une auteure-compositrice-interprète australienne née à Sydney en 1996. Sa musique se caractérise par un son folk indépendant avec des influences pop et soul, souvent accompagné d'arrangements acoustiques et de mélodies accrocheuses.
