Slapstick est un groupe américain de ska-punk formé en 1998. La formation originale comprenait Brendan Kelly (chant), Dan Andriano (guitare) et Dan Hanaway (batterie). Connues pour leur son énergique et leurs paroles ironiques, elles ont sorti trois albums studio : "Slapstick" (2001), "Lookit!" (2003) et le EP "Superhero" (2005). Slapstick a collaboré avec de nombreux artistes du paysage ska-punk, contribuant à définir le style musical d'une génération. Parmi leurs chansons les plus représentatives figurent "The Ballad of the Broken Heart", "I Don't Wanna Be Your Friend" et "Superhero".
