Glass Animals est un groupe musical britannique formé à Oxford en 2010. Le groupe est composé de Dave Bayley (chant, guitare), Edmund Irwin-Singer (claviers, synthétiseurs), Drew MacFarlane (batterie) et Joe Seaward (basse). Leur son se caractérise par une fusion de pop indépendant, de rock psychédélique et d'électronique, avec des paroles introspectives et des ambiances oniriques. Leur album de début *Zaba* est sorti en 2014, suivi de *How to Be a Human Being* en 2016. Leur troisième album, *Dreamland*, sorti en 2020, a connu un grand succès auprès de la critique et du public, consolidant la position du groupe comme l'un des groupes les plus intéressants du paysage musical contemporain. Parmi les chansons les plus connues de Glass Animals figurent *Gooey*, *Heat Waves* et *Tokyo Drifting*.

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
