Bernard Fanning è un cantautore australiano, noto soprattutto come frontman del gruppo rock alternativo Powderfinger. Nato a Brisbane nel 1969, Fanning ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale negli anni '80 con diverse band locali prima di formare i Powderfinger nel 1994. Il suo stile vocale distintivo, caratterizzato da una voce potente e melodica, ha contribuito al successo del gruppo, che ha venduto milioni di dischi in Australia e ha vinto numerosi premi ARIA. Oltre alla sua attività con i Powderfinger, Fanning ha intrapreso anche una carriera solista, pubblicando album di grande successo come "Tea and Sympathy" (2005) e "The Waking Season" (2010). J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
