Tyga, dont le vrai nom est Michael Ray Stevenson, est un rappeur, chanteur et acteur américain né à Compton, en Californie, le 19 novembre 1989. Il a gagné en popularité dans les années 2000 avec des mixtapes comme "Young On Probation" et "No Introduction", ouvrant la voie à son album de début "Careless World: Rise of the Last King" en 2011. Parmi ses succès les plus notables figurent "Rack City", "Loyal" (feat. Chris Brown et Lil Wayne) et "Taste" (feat. Offset). Tyga est connu pour son style musical qui fusionne le hip-hop, la trap et le R and B, souvent caractérisé par des paroles provocatrices et des mélodies accrocheuses. Outre la musique, il a joué dans des films comme "Mac and Devin Go to High School" et "The Hangover Part III", démontrant un talent polyvalent dans le monde du spectacle.

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
Le film très critiqué «Musique» de Sia qui voit son début en tant que réalisatrice vient d'être nominé comme meilleur film au Golden Globe 2021. L'actrice principale Kate Hudson a été nominée dans la catégorie Meilleure actrice.
