Reuben erano un gruppo musicale britannico formatosi a Camberley, Surrey. Attivi dal 2001 al 2008, hanno proposto una fusione di alternative rock e heavy metal, spaziando da sonorità pesanti e ritmicamente incalzanti come "Blamethrower" (2005) a brani più melodici e introspettivi come "Moving to Blackwater" (2004). Il loro sound è caratterizzato dal passaggio vocale tra urla e sussurri del cantante Jamie, una tecnica comune nel heavy metal e nel post-hardcore. Reuben hanno guadagnato un seguito fedele nell'underground musicale britannico, apprezzati per la dedizione ai fan e viceversa. Hanno ottenuto un discreto successo mainstream con il singolo "Freddy Kreuger" (2004), che ha raggiunto la posizione numero 53 nella classifica britannica.
