Owl City est un projet musical américain d'indie/synth-pop créé par Adam Young en 2007. Initialement actif en tant qu'artiste indépendant, il a sorti deux albums avant de signer avec Republic Records. Le succès majeur est arrivé en 2009 avec l'album studio de début *Ocean Eyes*, qui a connu un succès international grâce au single *Fireflies*.
