Thursday è un gruppo musicale post-hardcore originario di New Brunswick, Stati Uniti, formatosi nel 1997. Sebbene cronologicamente inseriti nella seconda ondata dell'emo, la band si distingue per una sonorità più vicina a quella dei Fugazi e al post-hardcore, evitando le influenze indie rock tipiche del genere emo. Composto da sei musicisti, Thursday ha mantenuto la stessa formazione dal debutto, ad eccezione di un cambio alla chitarra tra Bill Henderson e Steve Pedulla all'inizio del 2001. La band ha pubblicato cinque album in studio, quattro EP e nel 2008 ha collaborato con la band giapponese Envy per uno split album. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "Understanding in a Car Crash", "War All the Time" e "The Kill of Us All".

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
