Eloy è un gruppo musicale tedesco di progressive rock attivo dal 1969 ad oggi. Il loro stile musicale fonde elementi di musica sinfonica e space rock, con quest'ultimo tema più presente negli album iniziali. Nonostante la nazionalità e il periodo storico, Eloy non viene generalmente considerato krautrock a causa del suono che presenta molte affinità con gruppi inglesi di progressive rock come Pink Floyd, King Crimson e Yes. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "The Gates of Doom", "Ocean", "Beyond the Wall" e "Lady of the Lake". L'album di debutto "Eloy" (1971) è considerato un punto di riferimento per il genere space rock tedesco.

Avec 7 albums à leur actif, le groupe est une source d'inspiration et de créativité au niveau mondial, au cours de ces 20 années il n'a cessé d'influencer le paysage musical et de créer des tendances.
