Grits est un duo de hip-hop chrétien formé à Atlanta, Géorgie. Le groupe, composé de R.A. the Rugged Man et Lil' Fame, a gagné en notoriété dans les années 90 pour son style de rap agressif et ses thèmes spirituels.
