Yes è un gruppo musicale britannico formatosi a Londra nel 1968. Considerati uno dei pilastri del rock progressivo, hanno raggiunto fama internazionale negli anni '70 con album come *Fragile*, *Close to the Edge* e *Going for the One*. Il loro sound si caratterizza per la complessità musicale, l'uso di strumenti orchestrali, le melodie avvolgenti e i testi spesso filosofici. Tra i membri fondatori figuravano Jon Anderson (voce), Chris Squire (basso), Peter Banks (chitarra) e Bill Bruford (batteria). Nel corso degli anni, la formazione ha subito diverse variazioni, con l'ingresso di musicisti come Steve Howe (chitarra), Rick Wakeman (tastiere) e Alan White (batteria). Yes hanno venduto oltre 30 milioni di dischi in tutto il mondo e sono stati inseriti nella Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nel 2017. J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
Le film très critiqué «Musique» de Sia qui voit son début en tant que réalisatrice vient d'être nominé comme meilleur film au Golden Globe 2021. L'actrice principale Kate Hudson a été nominée dans la catégorie Meilleure actrice.
