Tim Sköld, noto come Skold, è un musicista e produttore svedese attivo dal 1990. Iniziò la sua carriera nei gruppi industrial metal KMFDM e Marilyn Manson, contribuendo alla creazione di album iconici come "Angst" e "Antichrist Superstar". Nel 2003 ha dato vita al progetto Skold, pubblicando l'album omonimo che segna il suo debutto da solista. Il suo stile musicale è caratterizzato da un mix di industrial metal, elettronica e gothic rock, con influenze provenienti dal synthwave e dall'elettronica sperimentale. Sköld è noto per la sua produzione innovativa e le sue performance energiche in concerto. Tra i suoi brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "The Devil's Playground", "Bloodlust" e "I Am the Machine".
