Joe Cocker (pseudonimo di John Robert Cocker) è stato un cantante e musicista britannico nato a Sheffield, Inghilterra, nel 1944. Conosciuto per la sua potente voce roca e il carismatico stile di esibizione, Cocker ha raggiunto l'apice della popolarità negli anni '70 con successi come "With a Little Help from My Friends" e "You Are the Sunshine of My Life". La sua interpretazione del brano dei Beatles "With a Little Help from My Friends", estratto dall'album "Mad Dogs and Englishmen", è diventata un classico intramontabile. Cocker ha collaborato con numerosi artisti di fama internazionale, tra cui Ray Charles, Delaney and Bonnie e Leon Russell. La sua musica spaziava dal rock al soul, influenzando generazioni di musicisti. Joe Cocker è morto nel 2014 a Colorado Springs, negli Stati Uniti.

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
