Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) è un gruppo musicale britannico formatosi nel 1970 da Roy Wood, Bev Bevan e Jeff Lynne, già membri di The Move. L'obiettivo iniziale era quello di creare una nuova band con sonorità più ampie e orchestrali rispetto a quelle del precedente gruppo. Dopo due album con The Move, i tre musicisti si dedicarono completamente all'ELO, che divenne rapidamente uno dei gruppi musicali più popolari degli anni '70 e '80.
