Hurricane Chris, de son vrai nom Christopher Dooley Jr., est un rappeur américain né à Lake Charles, en Louisiane, en 1987. Il a atteint la célébrité en 2007 avec son single "A Bay Bay", qui a dominé les classements américains et lui a valu une nomination aux Grammy Awards. J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
