Dope est un groupe américain de metal industriel originaire de Villa Park, Illinois. Formé à Chicago en 1997, le groupe a gagné en popularité à la fin des années 1990 grâce à son son lourd influencé par le nu metal. Leur album de début, *Life's a Bitch*, sorti en 1997, contient des morceaux comme "Die MF Die" et "Jesus Built My Hotrod", qui ont contribué à leur visibilité. Dope a traversé plusieurs phases musicales, expérimentant avec des éléments de hard rock et de funk metal. Parmi leurs albums les plus notables figurent *Felons* (2001) et *No Regrets* (2007).
