Unique était un programme radiophonique mettant en vedette des sets de DJ diffusé sur m2o pendant ses premières années. Il était initialement diffusé tous les samedis de 22h à minuit, présentant principalement de la musique house, avec des incursions occasionnelles dans le Hardstyle et la Trance. À partir de la saison 2004/2005, Unique s'est également déplacé aux après-midi du dimanche de 18h à 20h. Par la suite, l'émission du samedi a été annulée pour laisser place à m2 All Shock. L'édition du dimanche est restée sur les ondes pendant quelques mois avant d'être remplacée par G.D.C.-Girls Dj Club. Pendant la saison 2007/2008, m2o a lancé The Untouchables, un programme similaire à Unique qui présentait des sets de DJ internationaux tels que John Dahlbäck, Fedde Le Grand, Steve Angello, Axwell et beaucoup d'autres. Ce programme a également été fermé par la suite.
