Adema est un groupe américain de metal alternatif actif de 1994 à 2006. Leur son se caractérise par des sonorités agressives et des mélodies accrocheuses, influencées par des groupes comme Tool et Alice in Chains. Le groupe a sorti trois albums studio : "Songs of Praise" (1997), "Unstable" (2000) et "Planets" (2003). Leur chanson la plus célèbre est probablement "The Way You Feel", un single qui a atteint une certaine popularité sur les stations de radio rock. Adema s'est dissous en 2006, mais les membres ont continué à collaborer sur d'autres projets musicaux.
