Belle and Sebastian è un gruppo musicale indie pop britannico formatosi a Glasgow nel 1996. Il nucleo del gruppo è composto da Stuart Murdoch (voce, chitarra) e Isobel Campbell (violoncello, voce). Il loro sound è caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili, testi poetici e arrangiamenti orchestrali che evocano un'atmosfera nostalgica e malinconica. Belle and Sebastian hanno pubblicato dieci album in studio, tra cui il debutto "If You're Feeling Sinister" (1996), considerato un classico dell'indie pop.
