Sleaford Mods sont un duo de post-punk formé à Nottingham en 2007 par le chanteur Jason Williamson et le musicien Simon Parfrement. En 2012, Parfrement a été remplacé par Andrew Fearn. Connues pour leur style musical abrasif et minimaliste, les Sleaford Mods se distinguent par leurs diatribes contre la Grande-Bretagne de l'austérité, la condition ouvrière et la culture consumiste. Leurs chansons intègrent souvent des échantillons de musique électronique et de rythmes industriels, créant un son unique et puissant. Leur album *Eton Alive* (2014) a été qualifié de "manifeste le plus complet de la rage de la classe ouvrière exacerbée par l'aliénation numérique généralisée".
