Sissel Kyrkjebø, conosciuta semplicemente come Sissel, è una cantante norvegese nata nel 1968. Considerata una delle voci più belle del panorama musicale internazionale, ha raggiunto fama mondiale grazie al suo stile vocale lirico e melodico, spesso accompagnato da arrangiamenti orchestrali maestosi. La sua musica spazia tra pop, musica classica e folk norvegese, con influenze che vanno dal jazz al gospel. Sissel ha collaborato con artisti di spicco come Luciano Pavarotti, Josh Groban e Bryn Terfel, partecipando a concerti e festival di fama mondiale. Tra i suoi brani più celebri figurano "My Heart Will Go On", "Silent Night" e "You Raise Me Up".
