Nico (Nicholas Kristian Sykes) è un pionier del genere drum and bass britannico. Attivo dal fine degli anni '80, ha fondato l'etichetta discografica No U-Turn Records e si è affermato come uno dei principali esponenti della scena D and B con il suo stile caratterizzato da ritmi complessi e atmosfere elettroniche. Tra i suoi brani più rappresentativi figurano "The Journey", "Liquid State" e "No U-Turn". Nico ha collaborato con numerosi artisti del genere, contribuendo a definire l'evoluzione del drum and bass nel corso degli anni.
