Belinda Jo Carlisle (Los Angeles, 17 agosto 1958) è una cantautrice, musicista e attivista statunitense. Iniziò la sua carriera come vocalist del gruppo punk rock The Go-Go's negli anni '80, raggiungendo il successo internazionale con brani come "Our Lips Are Sealed" e "We Got the Beat". Dopo lo scioglimento della band, Carlisle intraprese una carriera da solista, ottenendo un grande successo mondiale con album come "Heaven on Earth" (1987) e "Runaway Horses" (1989), che includevano hit come "Mad About You", "Circle of Life" e "Leave a Light On".
