Angie Stone, de son vrai nom Angela Laverne Brown, est une chanteuse et compositrice américaine de R and B et neo soul. Née à Columbia, en Caroline du Sud, en 1962, elle a commencé sa carrière musicale dans les années 1980 en tant que membre du groupe funk The Sequence.
