The Cross è stato un gruppo musicale rock britannico attivo dal 1987 al 1993. Fondato dal batterista dei Queen Roger Taylor, il progetto nacque come una collaborazione parallela ai Queen, con l'obiettivo di esplorare sonorità più sperimentali e meno commerciali. Il sound del gruppo si caratterizzava per un mix di hard rock, progressive rock e influenze psichedeliche, con testi spesso introspettivi e poetici. Tra i membri fondatori figuravano anche il chitarrista Pete Newdeck, il bassista Phil Chen e il cantante/chitarrista Jason Bonham (figlio del leggendario batterista John Bonham dei Led Zeppelin). The Cross ha pubblicato due album in studio: "The Cross" (1988) e "Mad, Bad and Beautiful" (1990), entrambi accolti positivamente dalla critica. Il gruppo si è sciolto nel 1993 a causa di divergenze creative e personali. Alcuni brani rappresentativi includono "Power to Believe", "I'm Not Your Man" e "The Way You Make Me Feel".

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
